Ginisang monggo is a popular mung bean dish in the Philippines. The main ingredients is sauteed mung beans seed and it is complemented by different flavors from meat, seafood, and vegetables.

Ingredients:
1 cup Dried Mung Beans
7 cups Water
150 grams Pork (small cubes)
1 large Red Onion (peeled and minced)
5 cloves Garlic (peeled and minced)
1 large Tomato (chopped)
1 cup Pork Chicharon
1 bunch Spinach or Ampalaya (Bitter Gourd) Leaves (stems trimmed)
1 1/2 cups Moringa Leaves (Malunggay)
1 small Ampalaya (Bitter Gourd) (sliced thinly)
1 small Eggplant (sliced 1/3 to 1/2 inch thick slices)
4 pcs Baby Okra (cut crosswise into 1/2-inch slices)
20 grams Dried Shrimp (Hibe)
2-3 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Finger Chili (Siling Haba)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
Pepper to taste
