Coconut + Mango+ Sago = It's a sweet soup dessert, refreshing and tasty.

Ingredients:
For the Coconut Jelly:
5 tsp. Gelatin Powder (clear)
1 cup Coconut Water or Plain Water
400 ml Coconut Cream
1/2 cup Sugar
Pandan Leaves or 1 tsp vanilla (optional)

For the Sago:
3 cups Sago Pearls (cooked)
400ml Coconut Cream
1/2 cup Water
3/4 cup Sugar (or according to your taste)
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 large Ripe Mango (cubes)
1 1/2 cup Coconut Strings
