Buko Pandan Salad

How to make Buko Pandan Salad

A dessert made with gelatin cubes and tender young coconut in pandas-infused cream.

Ingredients:
Gulaman
3 cups Coconut Meat (strings)
2 1/2 cups Small Tapioca Pearls
350 g Nata de coco
350 g Kaong
500 ml All Purpose Cream or Table Cream
600 ml Sweetened Condensed Milk
300 ml Evaporated Milk or Fresh Milk
Pandan Leaves or 3 to 4 drops Pandan Extract
200 g Cheese (grated or small cubes)
2-3 drops Green Food Color
2-3 drops Pandan Extract

For the Gulaman:
90 g Green Gelatin Powder
500 ml Coconut Juice
1/2 cup Sugar
Pandas Leaves or 2 to 3 drops Pandan Extract
